PFLP: US plans to impose a Palestinian state with temporary borders

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - The popular front for the liberation of Palestine (PFLP) revealed that the American administration is working on developing a new solution to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict based on creating a Palestinian state with provisional borders.In a press release on Saturday, the PFLP said that this planned US solution would be in essence the final solution to the Palestinian cause in accordance with the Israeli vision.The PFLP warned of any Palestinian acceptance of such solution and described it as extremely grave and aimed at liquidating the Palestinian cause.It expressed its fears that the US administration could impose this solution on the Palestinians and force them to accept the Israeli vision, but it stressed that this solution is not a destiny and the Palestine liberation organization (PLO) and the Palestinian Authority are able to face such pressures through seeking a unified Palestinian position and an Arab support.It stressed the need for ending the inter-Palestinian division and restoring the national unity based on a national consensus program capable of supporting the Palestinian steadfastness and thwarting the US solutions./149
